How Selection Works
Dancers are hand-selected by Allison at events and can also be nominated by current or former team members. Auditions are invited based on musicality, technique, stage presence, and overall performance quality.
Response Time
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Peak season may take slightly longer.
